Quarterly Review

Depending on your transaction volume we recommend a quarterly or monthly review. During a quarterly review we reconciliate your cash accounts and analyze the data to determine if transactions have been entered correctly. If the data is not correct, we make appropriate adjustment to get system in balance. Also available is write up analysis of your financial statements.

Year-End Review

Set up 1099 vendors, make appropriate adjustment to bring system into Year-End balance, adjust fixed asset information and record depreciate, perform year-end backup of system data. Allocate cost from common cost pools, set closing date. Tune-up system, Prepare data for use by accountant. We also do an evaluation and recommendation regarding improvements in the operation of QuickBooks.
