AQC provides a professional and detailed service in the preparation of a comprehensive loan request package.

 The Loan Process involves multiple steps, beginning with:

·         AQC meeting with our client regarding their financing needs, and gather the required documentation and information.

·         AQC does a complete analyzes of the financial and other information

·         We report the finding of our financial assessment to the client in order to formulate target loan objectives.

·         AQC prepares the loan request package and organizes other supportive information in order to meet bank requirements and standards.

·         We will Identify 3 to 5 Lending Institutions that show the capability to make the loan.

·         We present the Comprehensive loan package to the top three selected banks.  

·         The Application and Loan Request Package is submitted for pre-approval.

·         Within 2-3 business days receive a letter of interest which also discloses the rate, terms and conditions

·         The lending institution may request additional documentation on the applicant or the Property.

·         We assist in the negotiations with the banks to secure the best rate and terms available.

·         The Lender begins the closing process.

·         We will work with the client until the loan process is complete.

The fees for this entire process in total will be no more than 2.5% of the loan amount
