Bookkeeping taxes Services
AQC provides QuickBooks bookkeeping services for our clients. We setup a bookkeeping process that is specific to your needs. We provide the following services:
General Ledger · Input Transactions: We taxes enter all your transactions into a QuickBooks file on a monthly basis · Assign Items to Appropriate Accounts: We assign all transactions to appropriate income and expense accounts. · Reconciliation of Bank Statements: taxes Your bank statements can be mailed directly to AQC for reconciliation. Accounts Receivable · Accounts Receivable: AQC will invoice your customers and manage collection as necessary. AQC can receive your payments and deposit taxes them directly into your bank account. · Assist with Cash Management: We will prepare collection letters for you to sign and send to your customers, and we will make sure your bills are taxes paid on-time, but no earlier than necessary.
Reporting · Financial Statements: AQC will provide monthly financial statements for your review. · Year End Reports for Your Accountant: We will provide your taxes accountant with the information they need to quickly and inexpensively prepare your taxes. Accounts Payable · Accounts Payable: We prepare your checks for signature and send them to you to sign and mail taxes out. · Vendor file: We will maintain your vendor files, keeping the information up-to-date. · Schedule Payments · Provide Aging Report
AQC will handle all of your bookkeeping needs. In addition, we taxes will handle special requirements like Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Inventory, Job Costing, Non-Profit Fund Accounting, Cash Forecasting and other services.
